I have a bachelors in engineering and masters in environmental engineering. I am currently working for Company A as an environmental engineer and have a H-1 B with this company.
I am interviewing with Company B for a position as a Business Analyst, the requirements for this position is anyone with engineering or accounting background. If i have to transfer my H1 to Company B, will it be a problem as my present labor cert is for an environmental engineer????
