Hi Friends,
My current employer filed H1 transfer petition in Vermont Center in May 2003 from previous employer. Vermont Center received the application on May 30, 2003. Its closing to 3 months by August 30,2003. I got the receipt notice in 14 days time after the petition is filed.
Does any body know generally how much time Vermont Center is taking to do H1 B transfer?
Mine is a straight forward case.
