Hi Friends,
My employer filed my H1 B transfer from my previous employer in May 2003. Vermont Center received it on May 30,2003. I got the receipt notice in 10-14 days time. Its almost 3 months by now. I didn't receive the H1 transfer approval.
i just now with people's past experience how much time does BCIS is taking to do H1 B transfer in Vermont Center?
I Called BCIS their representative is saying that Vermont does respond in 3 months time for this type of cases i.e. in my case it should come by August 30th 2003.
How prompt is Vermont in responding 3 months time.
My case is pretty straight forward with all legal documents, pay stubs etc.
