Hello,
I just completed my MS and on my OPT now. My OPT expires on May 15, 2007. I am working with an employer and he has filed my H1 starting this October 1, 2006. I am looking for other opportunities and I am finding other employers. Shuld I wait for my H1 documents until October, or can I get my premium processing done, get approval and will I be able to transfer my H1 before October??
