H1 B Transfer !!! Help Needed as I go back to India

Hi

My company applied for H1 Transfer and I got the approval after 5 months.But I got only approval not transfer. So my company told me to go back to India and get the stamping and comeback.
So I am planning to go back tot India to get the stamping.
So What are all the risk involving going back to India and get the stamping. Waht are all the documents required ?

So please help me out?
