Hi,
I got an H1-B approval from company A in Dec 2004, I then changed to company B in Feb 2006, and now have applied for a transfer back to A ( since they cancelled the approval after I switched to B). My question is after the transfer takes place to A, and B has not yet cancelled my approval can I keep working for B ?
I would really appreciate response in this regard.
