I work for company A who has contracted me to company B. Now company B wants to hire me and i am also very interested in joining company B. I believe company A and company B have entered an agreement that an employee of company A will not be offered a job for a period of 2 years until the agreement is terminated.

What are the ways out ? Should company B apply for an H1 transfer without the knowledge of company A and then I resign company A without mentioning that I am joining company B ? After resignation since i am not an employee of company A I can join company B right ?

Please clarify.
 
The contract has nothing to do with the ability to do an H-1 transfer. Company A may sue company B, and you, but you can still do he H-1 "transfer".
