H1 B transfer change in job description

Hi All,


I am currently working for company X as an Systems Analyst. I am considering a career change and looking for openings where I can secure positions as a Financial Analyst. I have a MBA degree from the US. Will I need a fresh H1-B ? Or will I be Ok transfering my current H1-B, if I secure a position as Financial Analyst?

Since my current H1-B has been obtained for a Systems Analyst, does it limit my scope to searching for positions related to the Systems Analyst position.
