H1 B Transfer before it starts (Urgent)

Hello friends,

I have an opt valid till 18 Jan 2005 and I got H1 approved through Company A starting 1st Oct 2004.

I got an offer from Company B and I have to start working form 15th sep 2004.

Could any one please suggest me the process of H1 transfer since the transfer is even before the H1 starts.

Or can I use my Opt till 18 Jan 2005 and file a new H1 with company B in the mean while.

** Just a remainder I have my opt valid till 18 Jan 2005.

Please help me out friends.

My questions are also more or less the same...

I appreciate if somebody answers the below questions...

My wife's visa has been recently transferred from H4 to H1(under premium processing) and this new H1 is valid from Oct 1 2004. But my wife found another employer who offered a better position than the first employer and this second employer has also agreed to apply for H1 visa.

Questions:

1) Is it possible to transfer H1 visa without actually working for the first employer. Note that first employer 's H1 visa is effective from Oct 1 2004. So we don't have any paystubs.

2) or, will it going to be a new H4 to H1 transfer again?
