H1 B transfer approval not shared by the employer

Hi,

I am in trouble. I applied for H1B visa through a consultant. But after receiving the money from me, my consultant has turned hostile. Is there a way I can transfer the H1b Visa without having the Visa details.

I believe that the visa has been approved. IS there a way I can find out my Visa details? My consultant will not share the details with me.
