H1-B stamping / validating

I am a Indian national holding permanent resident visa for spain. I received my B1 in Spain (Europe). I came to the US. I got a job here and converted from B1 (Business Visa) to H1B Visa. I have never left USA since then. I would like to get my H1B stamped. Should i simply go to Canada or should i go to Spain or go to India and do it. Also, does anyone have any experience with H1 B stamping in canada especially when you have converted from B1 to H1. Please advise.
