Hello,
I came to India 25 December 2010 and appeared at Mumbai consulate for stamping on 27DEC'10. They asked for additional documents which I submitted on 20th January 11. I didn't hear from them until May'8. On May 9th they emailed saying they need my I-120. I contacted my lawyer in USA and they said consulate might have intended to write I-129 and suggested me to send I-129(petition) to consulate, which I did. Again I didn't hear anything back from consulate and contacted VFS, VFS said the doc has to be less than 2MB and mine was more than that, so I extracted only I-129 from the pdf which lawyer gave me and sent that again. To which VFS said that now consulate has received the documents. It's been 1 month after that email from VFS. Still there is no update on my case. It's been 6 months already for all these things. How much more time will it take? Any comments will be appreciated. Thank you!!
