URGENT H1-B Stamping in Pakistan

Has any one recently got their H1-B stamped in Pakistan. Please respond becuase I am planning to travel in June.

I personally know of two cases:

-One person applied in Oct 2003 and got his visa in Jan 2004 (4 months)
-Another person applied id mid December and got his visa end of Jan 2004 (1.5 months)

The first person was not married and the second one was.
