H1 B stamping in Canda or Mexico

I started my MS in August 2002 and finished all my course work in dec 2004 expect that I did not finish my thesis and went on OPT and then my H1 was approved in Oct 2005.

I have been working since Feb 2005 and have recently finished my thesis and my degree.

Is it a good idea to goto Canada or Mexico to stamping and which place should I go for stamping..
