Hey ppl,
Need ur advice on a seemingly trivial matter.
My H1-B starts from 1 dec 2004 and is valid till 30 Sept 2007. I have an appointment in Vancouver counslate for H1-B stamping on the 5th of December 2005.
The question : Is there some rule according to which we have to get the visa stamped within the first year of approval in Canada and we can get it doen anytime if in India?? Cos if thats the case, I may get into trouble.
Please let me know if there is any such rule.
