Hi Group,
Here is my situation and I need some help.
To start with I am an F-1 student who moved on to H1-B while I was on my OPT.
I got my H1-B in Aug 2003 ( thru a consultanting company). But I actually got job in Nov 2003 and I am in the same project till now and this will go next year too.so my employer paid me my salary from Aug2003 till Apr2004 in two big paychecks. And after that he started paying me By-weekly. So I have regular paystubs from Apr 2004 - Aug2004. And from Aug2003-Apr2004 I have 2 paystubs.Now I am planning to go for stamping in Canada.
So here are the questions that are killing me
1)can I go there with the pay stubs that I have ( 2 big ones and remaining By-weekly)
2)The company I work with is a startup( I am the first employee)
3)Its run from their appartment( Heard Consulate is askin for photos of office)
4)How safe is it goin to Canada.
5)Do they also ask for Tax returns.
6) Are there any middle men who help us in getting stamped in Canada/Mexico.
7)Any other IMP things that I am missing.
