H1 B stamping at Toronto

Hello,
I'm planning to get my multiple entry visa at Toronto. Could anyone share their experiences and let me know is it a good idea to go there.
I came to US on a F1 visa, completed OPT and now working on H1. Got H1 approval last november.
I would appreciate your feedback in this matter.

Mine is a similar case(h4 -> h1), and I have been adviced not to go to Canada/ Mexico; If the Visa is rejected in the Third Country National programme, the Visa holder will have to travel back to his home country from Canada/Mexico itself. He will not be able to re-enter the US. I have learnt that processing at Canada is more strick since April 2002, especially for RS countries.

I have a different experience

I went to Toronto to get my H1B stamping a month ago & got it without any hassles. Mine was a similar case, F1 to H1B.

If you guys have a US degree then getting stamping at Toronto is very easy.
