H1-B sponsorship from own company

Would it be legal to obtain sponsorship of H1-B visa from the company owned by myself?

I am on H1-B visa and thinking of incorportaing an LLC. Will it be possible for my LLC to sponsor H1-B of my own? If yes, then do I need to take care of any formalities before/after incorporating LLC?
 
Visa Stamping Problem

WARNING
Those trying to go for Visa Stamping in Canada or some place else must be careful . I am stranded in Ottawa along with several others for the last five days from April 10TH,2007 till further notice. US consulate's computer system is down and passports can not be returned till their system is repaired.
We lost non-refubdable air tickets and facing unwanted expenditure . Employers are fuming.
