H1-b Revalidation

Friends,

I have an H1 visa stamped on my passport and this visa expired
Dec, 2002. I have an new H1 approval with expiry date of
July 2006.
Now my question is
1. Can i renew Visa stamp in Canada???
2. if they reject in canada can i back to usa with old I-94...

There are people who have got their visa stamped at Canadian border /us consulate while entering USA again......

Its 50-50 chances... i know both people who got rejected and also stamped..... try the threads in this forum u will see diff cases.

Well if they reject, u may or may not be given transit visa for packing stuff from usa... this visa can never be changed from usa no attorney would touch it....

So think before you take decision..
