Hello,
I wanted to start a thread for H1-B Revalidation @ Matamoros. I am planning to appear in the next few weeks.

Anyone else planning? If you have already been there recently, please share your experiences.

What steps are to be followed to have our information in the PIMS (Petition Information Management Service)?

I have been to Matamoros in 2005 and it was a smooth ride then.... I am not sure how it is at the moment. I have used http://www.mexico-assistance.com/ to prepare all the drafts and stuff like that and really liked thier service.

I am planning to go back to Matamoros for my next renewal as well which I will be doing next month..... I am not sure if it is a good idea to the same non-native US embassy twice in a row or not. If anyone has thoughts on it, really appreciate it.

Please post your experiece in Matamoros. It would be very much helpful to others and me as I am planning to go there during April for my H1 stamping with the new employer so its a kind of revalidation. Is there any delay in Matamoros (or any other Mexican consulates) bcoz PIMS verification?.

can anyone post how long (days) did it take to get stamping?
I am going to the Consulate in Ciudad Juarez in april
