Hello Friends,
I want a clarification for the below mentioned doubt.
i have my visa stamped with company ABC and H1-B(transfered) documents with company XYZ.
Now i am getting married. Is it required for me to get the stamp done by the new company XYZ in order to get the H4 visa issued for my wife? or it is ok with out restamping.
I have another valid year on the VISA Stamp.
Can any one please suggest me how to go further..?
