My H1b -picked up in second lottery(August 2020). My employer submitted documents on November 11th 2020. Haven't received any receipt notice yet and employer is not responding for any of my emails or calls. How can I request the Receipt number or case update without employer communication and can I create a query myself? Can I participate in the coming lottery -March 2021 if the previous application(2020) still in process?
