H1-b receipt date problem.

Hi,
I filed for my H-1b at the very last minute.
My lawyer told me that
it would have reached on the afternoon of the 1st of October. As soon as I got the receipt no (wac no) from my lawyer I checked in the website, it has a receipt date of 6th October.

What does it mean? did my application go through or not?

Any reply wud be greatly appreciated.
