Attn all H1 Gurus, ( Jim/Jaxen/Gabriel ),

Question : If H1 applied by company A is approved and then the applicant gets a better job offer from Company B can approved H1 be converted immediately or is there a grace period ? any input in this regard is appreciated.

you may need paystubs from company A, and you will have to apply for transfer from company A to B. There is no period that you have to wait.
 
H1 Transfer

Right now I work for a client "C" thru a company "A".
I\'m planning to join the client "C".
My questions:
1)Is there any way that my company "A" can get to know of this move(Other than me or the client telling my company)?
2)After my H1 is transfered to the client,where do I get the new visa stamped on my passport - Do I need to do that only at my home country or can I do it here in US?
