Dear Mr. Khanna,
My OPT Expires on June 30, 2004. I got a Job with a research institution which starts on August 1, 2004 (No Quota Issues). My employer will apply for my H1 b on June 7-8, 2004. After applying for my H1, i want to travel to India on 10 june for my wedding and i plan to come back somewhere arnd 15 July.
My question is:
1. Can i recieve the approval from INS while i am in India (when i have filed the h1b petition from within US).?
2. Can i do it as a premium processing, and if yes, How many days approximately would it take to get the approval then in india?
