Hi,
My H1-B has been denied by the INS and I appealed the case 2 weeks ago. However, my 60-days grace period from OPT is due soon which in May 3rd while I heard the processing time for appeal is from 2-6 months.
My question is: am I become illegal after May 3rd and have to leave the country before the 3/10 bars ban is in effect? Or there is another grace period for me while INS processing the case?
Anybody had this kind of experience before of know something about this situation?? Please help me!!!
