I was wondering if someone has had any recent experiece with the Chennai Consulate wrt H1-B multiple entry visa. I am going for my second H1-B multiple entry (first in Toronto) and if anyone can give any ideas.
my employee went for his first stamping at chennai consulate on May 3. He took all his documents and the papers that were filed by the attorney. I had mailed him offer letters and acceptance letters with our letterhead. We are a small family operation and have been in business since 1979. I was somewhat fearful coz of the size of the operation that it may be a hinderance but everything went well. I had given him tax papers for the last 3 years and projections for the year 2001 plus photos but they didn\'t ask for any of that information. He received his notice today by courrier and we are anxiously awaiting his arrival on May 24...... best wishes.
