H1- b Marrying an illegal resident of US

Hi all thanks for reading ..What are the pro's and con's of an H1-B marrying and illegal resedent (who intially was on an F1 but is out of status for the last one year)..is there any way out or any solutions to this.
Any kind of help will be apprecaiated .

Talk to lawyer before you make any decisions as it will impact your GC process. USCIS can issue a deportation notice to you for harbouring and Illegal Alien. So watch it!!!!!!!!!
