Does the 1-797 indicate that an H1-B employee can work in multiple states?
I am applying for my 7th year extension however I have been working in multiple states without any specific authorization to work outside the state where my company has an office. I have pay checks printed from my state of residency and applying for h1-b extension from another state. Will USCIS notice my latest paycheck address and refuse H1-B extension? Should
I be concerned?
