I got a new H1-B approval in the US. I applied for visa in ciudad juarez in mexico. I was given a 221(g) (your case cannot be decided here. apply in your home country) .
Then I came back to the border and asked the immigration guy to let me in becoz I was given a 221(g) and I will go back to my place in the US and then go to my home country. Luckily or unluckily he let me in.
There is no record on my passport of whether I entered the US or whether I left the US for stamping in mexico. But the embassy in ciudad juarez as usual took my finger prints and photos etc.
Now I want to reapply for visa in India. what sort of problem is it going to pose me.?
