Hello,
My wife got her H1-B visa on Jan 24th, 2007. She has just come to the US. Her employer is fine with her taking a few weeks off before starting work. How long after arriving in the US for the first time does someone have to start work? Her H1-B is valid from 10//1/06 for 3 years.
