My company had applied for H1-B (I-129). at NSC. (Nebrasa)
Notice date (ND) April 22nd, 2002.
Recieved an RFE the response was recieved by INS on Sept 17 2002, but still waiting for approval. Any body has any idea how long it is going to take.?
Please help.........
