Hi...I have been on H1b for around 3 years..recently got married and converted my status h4.Now, want to apply for jobs ..do i need to wait till october to apply for new h1b or apply at any time as i was on h1b earlier also i have Masters Degree from US so do i still come under Masters quota..??
