Hi,
I am working for company "A" for the past 4 months. they want to do the H1-B visa for me.
I am from Argentina, and my OPT expires on April 26th. the problem with that is that I could start working with my H1-B on October 1st.
I am now enrolling to school from april 27th to October 15th and I am getting a CPT to be able to work 20 hrs for the company.
Is there a way that I might be able to be legible to work during April 26th to October 1st without need to go to school?
