I was on CPT (not day 1 CPT) and about to change my status to H1B. If my COS is successful and later I travel back to my home country (not India and China), I do need to get visa stamped, will there be any bad consequences?
Could you please let me know what documents I need to carry on top of I129, I797, Employment Verification, LCA, Education Supporting documents, Resume, and 3 Paystubs for first stamping?
