Quick question - I-485 - RD - 06/19/02

H1-B - expired - 06/20/03

H1-B-Extension - applied - 04/30/03 - still waiting

Can I continue to work while waiting for H1-B extension to be approved.

You can work upto 240 days after H1 expires if you already have a H1 application waiting in the same queue. My H1 also expired on June 20th. I applied for extension on Jan 10th. Approved today. SO i worked for 2 months without any H1. It is allright.
