my perm was filed in nov 23 2005 , i got cleared in march 25 2006 , i filed for i-140 on april 3 2006 , i just got receipt number it is still pending,my visa is expring on august 15 2006, my lawyer said to file for 1-485 is it possible , if it can how much time does it take,if i file in may 4 , how much does it take , can i applie ead parallely , suggest it would great favour for me
