Premium processing for H1-B extension helped as it took just about two weeks to get the H1-B extended. The new document apart from the original list that the lawyer said \'a must\' was \'Education Evaluation\' (www.trustfortecorp.com). I have not submitted this document in the past. I heard certain lawyers do not file without education evaluation. Again, please do not quote me on that. I hope the information helps.
