I am looking for help on filing the I-129 form. I am currently on two part time H1-B's (both expiring in February 07) and am looking to extend one of them - with a change in job duties. Same employer, just significant differences in pay, duties, hours etc.
My question is:
Can I file an ammendment to my duties with an extension request? Or does this need to be two different I-129 forms? If I can file this with one petition, how do I complete Part 2 of the I-129? Would this be
1) "Change in previously approved employment"
or
2) "Ammended petition"
