I need some help with filing H1 extension. Actually, I stopped working from july 2006 b'coz of Decoupling issues. As the the law was passed in Dec'06. I want to start over again. I just want to know, what are the list of documents I need and also how the process works? If anyone has applied for H1 extension under Decoupling, any help would be appreciated.
