I am completing 180 days from the RD (06/11) by next week end.
I also received my EAD card last week (11/24) (WAC-01-259).
Waiting for FP (San Jose) !!
My H1-B is valid till 04/01/2002.
My lawyer wants me to apply for the H1-B extension now.
Is it really required to extend the H1-B at this point of time ?
What are the advantages & disadvantages with this ?
