My H1-B expires in April 2006.
I will need to apply for extension soon.
I have been promoted from CONSULTANT to SENIOR CONSULTANT and my SALARY has increased.
However the PREVAILING WAGE will still be the same.
Is this an amendment?
Should my employer explain the promotion in the cover letter?
On the I-129, in Part2. No.2, what should i check?:
b. Continuation of previously approved employment without change with the
same employer.
c. Change in previously approved employment.
OR
f. Amended petition.

Similarly on I-129 Part 2, No. 5 REquested ACtion, what should I check?:
c.Extend the stay of the person(s) since they now hold this status.
OR
d.Amend the stay of the person(s) since they now hold this status.
