H1 B DS 157 form Please help!!!!!!

Hi all,

I am currently working on my H1B visa after graduating from my masters degree in USA. I need to get my visa stamped from F1 to H1. In the list of documents, I saw that DS 157 form is needed for males from age 16-45. In the DS 157 form at the top right corner, there is a message that says it is valid till July 31.

I have my appointment in August. What should I do? Where can I get an updated DS 157 form?

Please advise.

They wil either allow you to use taht form or will update the form.You only have to fill that form one day before the interview so I will not be worried now. They will post the instructions on the consulate site.
 
Better make sure you have the updated form before you actually go for the interview. I downloaded the form from the website and when i reached the embassy counter after standing in line for hours, they told me that the online version was outdated and i should have taken the form directly from the embassy itself. Since the interview time was over, i had to go again the next day.
Maybe this was an isolated case but it doesn't harm to make sure.

If i understand this correctly, the mexican consulate has computers and printers to fill the form and take print outs is it?

Any thoughts or comments are welcome.
