h1-b dates

Hello

i have my VISA and H1-B valid till April 3rd 2007.

i have new h1-b with valid from april 4th.

since they cancel our old visas and
if i go for renewal ,lets says on march15th,will they give new visa from valid from march 15th or april4th?

any idea?

Your visa will always show the issue date and the validity end date. your issue date will be 15th March and will be valid until the end date on I-797. You will not have any issues.
