H1-B cups

There is a small company in the US, and they\'re wishing to sponsor me for a H1-B. I asked them to apply for a premium service.
Besides that is there still cups for H1 visas?

if you mean a cap then I do believe the number of visas issued so far is still well under the cap.

I am talking about caps. Do you think the number of visa issued is still under the caps, but what about the total of visas required?, I think this is the parameter to take into account. Isn\'t it?
