H1-B Change of eployer or new employment?

Hi, I have a question. I'm currently under H1-B with a School District, my current visa expires Sept. 1st. I've been offered a possition with a Private company as a Translator, they pay better and whitout dealing with crazy teenagers My question is, when filling the I-129, should I check (under basis for classification): a. New employment, c. Change in previously approved employment, or e. Change of employer ????

Any help???
