H1-B Being processed -Changing Citizenship

An Employer from USA has applied for my H1-b. It's still being processed. I'm about to become an Australian Citizen whilst the documents sent for my H1-b processing has a copy of Korean Passport. Does that mean I can't get the work visa (H1-B) on the new passport ??
