H1-B approval at NSC

Does anybody know how long it is going to take a new H1-B approval at Nebraska Service Centre. I have mailed my application on 6/14/02 and received the receipt.
 
But the priority date showing in immigration.com is 4/22/02. How come you are still waiting?
 
It's normal to get it in 4 to 6 weeks. In rare cases people waited for more than 10 weeks.

(My was approved in about 6 weeks).
