I recently applied for my H1-B through a company in NJ for the year 2006-'07.
My husband has applied for his GC and my EAD(employment authorization) may come anytime soon. I didnot anticipate this when I applied for my H1.
I have paid a considerable amount to the company with an agreement that they return it to me when I start working with them. Now I don't need the H1 if I get my EAD early. Is there anyway I can cancel my H1B application and ask them to reimburse the money?
Please advise.
