H1-B 8th year extn withdrawl after a query

hi,

I applied for 8th year extension just for safe side even though i got EAD. now i got query and lawyer is giving two options... weather to answer or withdrawl.... but can i withdraw after query...if i do so that will have any impact on my GC process... my 485 is pending...

Hi UNITEDNATIONS,
can you please help me suggesting what can we do about my case? I have used pre-approved labor and applied for I-140/485, and I-140 is approved now. And I applied for H1-B 8th year extension and got a query about the company details....And company's attorney is suggesting me to with draw the H1-B application and suggesting me to use EAD...
Can you please tell me if i do the above as per the Attorney, is it going to be okay? are there going to be any problems for my I-485?
